Day 01: Haridwar/Rishikesh – Joshimath (273 kms 8-9 hours)
Morning, drive straight to Joshimath en-route visit Deoprayag, Rudraprayag & Karnprayag. On arrival at Joshimath, Check in to Hotel. Overnight stay.
Joshimath: Adi Guru Shankaracharya, who came all the way from Kerels in the 8th Century A.D, perform penance under a tree here and after getting enlightenment, established a Math (religious centre), known as "Joshimath". The name Joshimath is derived from it. Temple of Narsingh and Nav Durga are located here.
Day 02: Joshimath - Govind Ghat (22 kms drive) - Ghangaria (13 kms/5hrs Trek)
Drive to Govindghat, Trek Start from here to Ghangaria (3000 mts). Check in Hotel. Ghangharia/Govinddham , situated in the midst of a pine grove Ghangharia serves as a base for visiting Hemkund Shaib. It is the last human habitation in the valley. Overnight stay.
Day 03: Ghangaria - Valley of Flower - Ghangaria (5-7kms/3hr each side)
Valley of Flower was discovered by Frank Smith while on the Expedition to Mt. Kamet. This picturesque Valley covered by rare species of flowers & a wide variety of Butterflies, Musk Deer, Thar & serow are found here.
Today we will start our trek after early breakfast. The valley is 10 km long, 2 km wide, and is divided by the Pushpawati stream, into which several tiny streams and waterfalls merge. After absorbing the beauty of the Valley Of Flowers we trek back to Ghangaria. Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04: Ghangaria - Hemkund – Ghangaria (6 kms one side/ 3-4 hours each side)
In the morning we trek to Hemkund Sahib (4,329 m) from Ghangaria. This is quite a steep climb. In the Sikh holy book, The Guru Granth Sahib, the Sikh Guru Gobind Singh recounts that in a previous life, he meditated on the shores of a lake surrounded by seven snowcapped mountains now recognized as Hemkund. Late afternoon trek back to Ghangaria and Dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 05: Ghangaria - Govindghat – Joshimath (13kms trek down) (22 Kms drive)
After 13 Kms trek from Ghangaria to Govind Ghat, then drive to Joshimath. On arrival check in to the Hotel. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 06: Joshimath – Haridwar/Rishikesh (273 kms drive 8 hr)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Haridwar for drop off.

Valley of Flowers National Park is an Indian national park, located at a height in West Himalaya. It is renowned for its meadows of endemic alpine flowers and the variety of flora found there. It is located in Uttarakhand state.
This richly diverse area is also home to rare and endangered animals, including the Asiatic black bear, snow leopard, brown bear and blue sheep. The gentle landscape of the Valley of Flowers National Park complements the rugged mountain wilderness of Nanda Devi National Park to the east.
